The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about the activities of the CLASQUIN Group. In accordance with the law, we invite you to read these Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”), as well as any terms relating to your applicable legal rights and responsibilities when using this Site. This Site is made available to you for your personal use, subject to compliance with the Terms defined below. By accessing, visiting and/or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand and agree to be bound by them, and that you undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. CLASQUIN S.A. is the parent company of a group of subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to together as “CLASQUIN”).

Intellectual property

The Website is governed in its entirety by copyright law, trademark law and, in general, intellectual property law. The trademarks and logos (semi-figurative trademarks) of CLASQUIN appearing on the Site are registered and thus protected. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, alone or incorporated into other elements, without the express prior written consent of CLASQUIN is strictly prohibited. The general structure, software, texts, images, videos, sounds, know-how, animations and more generally all the information and content contained on the Site are, unless otherwise stated, the property of CLASQUIN S.A. or are subject to a right of use or exploitation. These elements are subject to legislation protecting copyright and, in general, intellectual property. Any representation, modification, reproduction or distortion, in whole or in part, of all or part of the Site or its content, by any process whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever, shall constitute an infringement punishable by the applicable legal provisions, and in particular by Articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The databases on the Site, if any, are protected by the provisions relating to the legal protection of databases. CLASQUIN reserves the right to delete immediately, and without prior formal notice, any content, message, text, image or graphic that contravenes the laws and regulations in force. Privacy policy

As a user of the Site, you are required to comply with applicable privacy laws. In particular, you must refrain from any collection, any misuse, in particular of personal information, and in general from any act likely to infringe the privacy, honour, sensitivity, brand image or reputation of any natural person or legal entity, and in particular of CLASQUIN and its managers and employees, while avoiding any mention, message or text that is defaming, provocative, malicious, denigrating or threatening on any medium whatsoever.

Personal Data

Pursuant to Articles 12 and 13 of European Regulation 2016-679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and the amended Data Protection Act, we hereby inform you that CLASQUIN, in its capacity as Data Controller, may collect data concerning you, in particular through the “CONTACT” sections of the Site, in order to:

  • ensure the proper follow-up of requests for information made by any User and prepare the statistics necessary to improve the Site,
  • provide Users with educational content that is personalised or in line with their stated needs,
  • carry out operations relating to the promotion of CLASQUIN’s business, including the management of technical prospecting operations (including technical operations such as standardisation, enrichment and deduplication),
  • process applications submitted via the Site as part of recruitment operations carried out by CLASQUIN

Your data will be strictly reserved for Sales, Marketing and authorized services, and will be retained for the legal retention period in force at the time. After this period, the data will be deleted or will be subject to an archiving policy, according to the law in force at the time.

Under our Data Protection Policy, we are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable laws. Applicable Law

If, for any reason whatsoever, a competent court finds that a provision of these Terms is invalid, the invalidity of this provision will not affect in any way the validity of the remainder of the Terms, which will remain in effect. The Site is governed by French law. These Terms will be construed in accordance with French law and any dispute will be at the sole jurisdiction of the relevant courts under the Lyon Court of Appeal. Visitors accessing the Site from abroad must ensure that they comply with applicable local laws.
